I’ve been practicing massage for nearly ten years with my own business, Eno River Massage, running for the last 7 years. And I still love what I do! There is a pure magic the moment I put my hands to a person’s body; the connection is made and the goodness begins to flow. Two bodies naturally co-regulate. When I massage I can feel my own calm, strength and ease emanating out as an example that starts to mirror in the other body. How good to watch the muscle tension settling and the breath becoming big and slow!
